Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support to our clients. We are currently seeking to hire a full-time or PRN Registered Nurse at the Chesapeake Tricare Prime Clinic.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Degree: Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited college or university recognized by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• Experience: At least one year of nursing experience post-graduation.
• Licensure: Valid, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse as required for the position.

Core Duties :

1. Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal clinical, quality, and cost outcomes.
2. Ensure compliance with all standards of care, policies, procedures, and guidelines in the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
3. Perform physical exams and health histories.
4. Provide health promotion, counseling, and education services.
5. Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions.
6. Supervise and direct care provided by other healthcare professionals.
7. Assign patient care tasks based on scope of practice and staff skill levels.
8. Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and respond promptly in emergency situations.
9. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and patients, including health education for patients and families.
10. Make referrals and coordinate specialty care as needed.
11. Perform nursing services as defined in the position task outline (TO).
12. Support research initiatives to improve practice and patient outcomes.
