USPI Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cedar Park, TX, seeks a motivated PreOp/PACU/Circulator to join our team. We operate 1 OR room and 3 procedure rooms for outpatient gastroenterology procedures. Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call.

Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on the surgical schedule and daily flow. You will work to meet AORN standards, maintain licensure, and collaborate with staff to support

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Three years' experience in surgery.
• Current state RN License.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
• Clinically proficient in OR nursing skills, with knowledge of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient needs.

• Addresses the physiological, psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual needs of the patient.
