Job summary

New Mexico Surgery Center - Multispecialty is hiring an RN OR Circulator full time. The role supports high-quality ambulatory surgical care in a fast-paced ASC setting with a Monday to Friday schedule, no on-call requirements, and holidays off.

You will work as part of a collaborative team ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Candidates must be a graduate nurse with RN licensure, have surgical experience and robotic proficiency, and maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• 1 year of experience in surgery.
• Must have robotic experience.
• Current state RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures in the OR.
• Clinically proficient in OR nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Understands the Mission of New Mexico Surgery Center and supports it in daily work.
• Determines data collection based on patient condition related to proposed interventions.
• Addresses physiological, psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual needs of patients.
• Prioritizes tasks and adapts as priorities change.
• Maintains licenses and certifications and adheres to dress code, attendance and breaks.
• Communicates clearly and attends required department and hospital meetings.
• Participates in continuing education requirements.

Job Summary

• Determines data collection based on the patient's condition or needs as related to the proposed interventions

Required Skills
