As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident conditions and vital signs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well‑being
Contribute to individualized care planning
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time RNs
$2.00/hour Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
