Job summary

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking passionate Nurses to join our resident-focused care team in Beloit, WI. The PM shift is full-time and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Early wage access is available via TapCheck, with low staffing ratios and strong employee appreciation programs. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, support resident care plans, and lead CNA staff while collaborating with Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for our aging

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for caring for the aging population.
