Job summary

Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care in a supportive, collaborative environment. As an RN, you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, maintain charting, mentor CNA staff, and work with Nurse Managers to coordinate interdisciplinary care.
