Quality Talent Group is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Ohio. The RN will provide direct patient care in acute and rehabilitation settings, perform telemetry monitoring, administer IV medications, and support mobility and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
