HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) located in Brattleboro, VT, seeks a Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate care to individuals with mental health challenges.

The role emphasizes oversight, guidance, and education in a multidisciplinary setting, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, a Vermont RN license (multi-state preferred), and a valid First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Vermont (or NH multi-state) preferred; experience with individuals with mental health challenges including youth.
• Experience with individuals with mental health challenges, including youth.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

The pay for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 annually.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Vermont RN License, Preferred New Hampshire RN License or Multi-State RN License
• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, including youth and adolescents
• Attention to detail, ability to train, and strong communication skills
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
