Job summary

Apploi's home health care division is expanding and seeks dedicated Home Health RNs for FT and PRN positions. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality care.

You will educate patients and caregivers, travel between patient homes, and supervise LPNs as needed. Florida RN license and 1+ year home health experience required. We offer comprehensive benefits and AHCA background check.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• At least 1 year experience as a home health nurse.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with EHR such as Kinnser.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and travel between patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.
• Supervise and support LPNs to ensure high standards of care.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support patients and team operations.
