Penn Medicine at Home is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Provide personalized, high-quality care in patients' homes, support recovery, and promote independence while enjoying flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

As an RN on the Home Health team, you will assess patient needs, educate families, manage medications, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure exceptional outcomes and

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA and/or NJ.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Home Health, Acute Care, Med-Surg, or Community Health experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
