Job summary

MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Texas team across multiple locations. You will assess, plan, administer treatments, and educate patients while coordinating with care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Texas RN license required; ADN/BSN from an accredited program preferred; CPR/BLS current with ACLS preferred. You will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
