Job summary

NITELINES USA, INC is seeking a Registered Nurse in Atlanta, GA. The role requires RN licensure in any US state, at least three years of nursing experience, and CPR/BLS certification. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, adherence to infection control, and emergency readiness. Schedule is 8 hours daily, five days a week, with healthcare benefits included.

Qualifications

Job description

NEEDED: Registered Nurse

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 30317

SCHEDULE: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (excluding federal holidays), between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday - Saturday, not to exceed 40 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be certified to practice medicine in any state in the United States or territory.
• Must have at least three or more years of experience.
• Must be Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified, in accordance with the American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
• Must possess and submit evidentiary documentation of graduation from an accredited school.
• Must provide supporting credentials (education, current licensor/status competency, and continuing medical education)
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and credit check (collections).

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards through the evaluation of patients and therapeutic treatment as ordered by Health Services clinical staff
• Perform nursing duties within the scope of the current licensure
• Administer medications as prescribed i.e., by mouth, intradermally, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly
• Assist with distribution of medications at pill line
• Monitor and evaluate the response to therapy
• Perform skin testing
• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services
• Take medical histories, examine patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays
• Perform venipuncture for the purpose of obtaining laboratory specimens
• Maintain accurate logs of all reports in accordance with screen laboratory tests/results for normal/abnormal lab values and notify the physician or physicians
• Ensure all sharps are secured, accounted for, stored, and disposed of according to institutional and national policy
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
• Ability and skill to operate EKG
• Clinically manage injuries by splinting and immobilizing
• Attend to medical emergencies
• Work collaboratively with the staff physician(s) and consulting physician(s) in planning, instituting, evaluating, and revising program plans
• Assists in determining conditions, resources, and policies essential to delivery of the health care services
• Discriminates between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems
• Manages the daily operation of the clinic and conducts daily sick calls; which may include securing health histories from the patient, recording findings, and providing clinical evaluations
• Provides a wide range of emergency services in the absence of the physician
• Perform duties as required, but accept only those nursing assignments that are commensurate with his/her educational preparation, training, experience, and licensure laws
