Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse RN in Arlington, TX to oversee resident health, strengthen clinical systems, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance across the community.

You will conduct assessments, perform wellness visits, and coordinate with families, physicians, and care staff to ensure high-quality care. Strong nursing skills, regulatory knowledge, and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessments.
• Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends.
• Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns.
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation.
• Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance.
• Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director.
• Promote infection control and survey readiness.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff.

Pay Range:

38.95 - 53.80
