Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Anchorage, Alaska.

The role requires independent work, strong clinical assessment, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Hours include full-time, part-time, and on-call options with an hourly rate of $40-$48.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, care planning, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• At least 1 year nursing experience (home health or hospital preferred).
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status.
• Administer medications and perform wound care, injections, and other ordered treatments.
• Develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
• Complete required clinical documentation, including OASIS when applicable.
• Report significant changes in patient condition to the care team and physician.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe environment during home visits.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and care decisions.
• Review and sign care plans as required.
• Support development and implementation of nursing protocols and clinical procedures, as authorized.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations.
