Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and delegate nursing care with independence and collaboration. The RN will manage patient care, supervise team delivery, evaluate responses to treatments, and revise care plans as needed, preparing patients for discharge and coordinating with families.

Requirements include a Nursing Degree, Maryland RN license or eligibility, NIHSS within 6 months, ACLS within 18 months, and BLS. Experience is listed as less than one year.

Qualifications

Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Nursing Dept. The RN has responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. The RN manages care for patients and their families through the application of the nursing process utilizing independent judgment, collaboration and communication with all team members including ancillary and support services. The RN provides and delegates patient care activities based upon patient needs and team skills/abilities and supervises the delivery of care by team. The RN evaluates patient response to treatment and nursing interventions, and as needed, revised the plan of care. The RN monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $58.33 Based On Experience
