Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• At least two years of RN experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Ability to perform RN duties safely for multiple residents, complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and maintain documentation.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to report to confirmed shifts on time.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license with successful primary-source verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with provider orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor and communicate resident changes.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate LPNs and CNAs with the interdisciplinary team.

Eagle Staffing Company is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide safe, compassionate nursing care in a long-term-care environment. Flexible Scheduling and Weekly Pay

• Weekly pay through Eagle Staffing Company
• Starting pay: $45.00 per hour
• Shifts begin promptly at 7:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m.
• Coverage may be requested Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
• Assignments may be as-needed or part of a four-month or contract block program.

Role Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• At least two years of Registered Nurse experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Ability to perform RN duties safely for multiple residents, complete comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to report to confirmed shifts on time.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license with successful primary-source verification
• Reference checks from previous assignments
• Pennsylvania Criminal History Record Check (within a year) – https://epatch.pa.gov/home
• FBI background check if you have not lived in Pennsylvania for the past two years
• Two-step PPD tuberculosis testing or regulatory equivalent; chest X-ray and influenza vaccination documentation when applicable
• Current CPR certification and successful drug screening

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with provider orders, resident care plans, facility policies, and the RN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately; evaluate resident responses and promptly communicate significant changes in condition, behavior, skin integrity, pain, or safety risk to the appropriate provider.
• Complete comprehensive and focused nursing assessments, review clinical findings, update care plans, and document medications, treatments, interventions, and resident responses accurately and on time.
• Supervise and coordinate LPNs and CNAs as assigned, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure timely implementation and evaluation of each resident's care plan.
• Lead and follow infection-prevention, medication-safety, resident-rights, fall-prevention, confidentiality, emergency-response, and quality-of-care procedures while providing respectful, person-centered care.
