Job summary

Eagle Staffing Company seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, reliable nursing care in a long-term-care setting. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities, maintain accurate documentation, and report changes to the supervising nurse in a timely manner.

The role offers flexible assignments in Allentown, PA and nearby Fountain Hill, with weekly pay through Eagle Staffing and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour, increasing to $24.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification in good standing.
• Two years of long-term-care experience.
• Ability to perform CNA duties safely for multiple residents and complete accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, positioning, toileting, nutrition, hydration, and personal care within the care plan.
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, skin integrity, intake, output, pain, or safety risk to the licensed nurse.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned observations accurately and on time.
• Follow infection prevention, resident-rights, fall-prevention, confidentiality, and emergency procedures.
• Provide respectful, person-centered care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
