Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• ENDT program or similar education preferred.
• Experience in area of specialty or healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuroanatomy, physiology, electronics, safety, EEG/EP instrumentation, and related conditions.
• Department-approved training completion required.
• Credentials: REEGT, REPT, CNCT or R.NCS.T.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures or testing for patient populations.
• Understand testing equipment, function, indications, and maintenance.
• Apply principles of anatomy and physiology to procedures.
• May perform intraoperative monitoring, evoked potentials, nerve conduction and/or EEG testing.
