Job summary

Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist to provide professional patient care during neurodiagnostic testing. The role requires knowledge and competence in EEG, vEEG, cEEG and EMU monitoring applications. Full-time daytime shift, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities include performing EEG examinations and maintaining patient safety, while pursuing credentials such as R. EEG T. and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Completion of Neurodiagnostic Technologist program preferred OR work experience with accredited neuroscience/electroneurodiagnostic program.

The primary accountabilities of the Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist is having knowledge, competence in neurodiagnostic testing such as but not limited to EEG, vEEG, cEEG and EMU monitoring applications.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Completion of Neurodiagnostic Technologist program preferred OR work experience in combination with completion of an accredited neuroscience/electroneurodiagnostic program.

Certification

• Current certification as Neurodiagnostic Technologist (R. EEG T.) preferred or able to obtain the R. EEG T. registration certification within 2 years of hire date.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Experience

• 1+ year experience performing electroencephalographic (EEG) examinations.
