Morningside Elite Management seeks a Registered Medication Aide for our Leesburg, VA community. You will administer medications under nurse supervision, following the five rights, and document care in resident charts.

The role emphasizes resident wellbeing, infection control, and collaboration with medical staff, with full- and part-time shifts available and competitive benefits. Experience not required beyond certification; HS diploma or GED accepted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration and records all medications.
• May take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Maintains medication room and documents in the computer system.
• Observes and reports any reactions or side effects to a licensed nurse.
