We are seeking a Registered Medication Aide & CNA to join our team in a PRN/Limbo role, providing resident care in the Memory Support and Assisted Living Units under administration oversight.

The key responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs, promptly reporting abnormal conditions, transporting residents, and administering medications such as oral, topical, and insulin injections under supervision.

You will also notify charge nurses about residents needing injections and perform various resident care tasks.

Qualifications include a valid VA State CNA license and a valid VA State RMA license.

Preferred candidates have 2-3 years of experience with dementia patients.

All team members must comply with infection control practices, including influenza vaccination and recommended COVID-19 vaccines.
