Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Promptly report abnormal conditions to supervising staff.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Administer medications (oral, topical, insulin injections) under supervision.
• Notify charge nurses about residents needing injections.
• Perform other resident care tasks as directed.
