Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant to work under a physician's supervision, delivering direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced clinic. You will assist with procedures, manage charts/EMR, coordinate prescriptions, and triage patients to maintain flow.

The clinic emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care, with opportunities in diagnostics. Qualified candidates will have RMA certification and 12–18 months related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training.
• RMA certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist physician in procedures and exams, revise schedules, obtain charts and lab/test reports.
• Ensure patient chart/EMR entries are accurate and timely.
• Contact pharmacy to order new and refill prescriptions; notify patient; document appropriately.
• Notify hospital or personnel of physician's orders.
• Triage patients to maintain productive departmental flow.
