Triad Complete Healthcare in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant to support daily clinic operations. This full-time role involves providing direct and indirect patient care under supervision, documenting care, and coordinating between front and back office functions.

The ideal candidate has an RMA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage patient information with care, while complying with HIPAA guidelines and insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Must have RMA Certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to think critically and show compassion in patient care.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM and basic computer skills.
• Ability to receive, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and basic math tasks.
• HIPAA confidentiality understanding.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic under RN/physician supervision.
• Communicate patient conditions and test results to physicians and team.
• Maintain regulatory nursing standards and Triad Complete Healthcare policies.
• Deliver patient-centered care and accurate documentation and charges.
• Coordinate front/back office communication for clinic performance.
• Schedule patient appointments and document demographics accurately.
• Handle prior authorizations with payers and inform team of delays or denials.
• Keep a tidy work environment and review forms for completeness.
