Job summary

Am Law top 100 firm in Boston is seeking a highly qualified associate for its Financial Services group. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience working with registered investment companies, with knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act.

Experience with ETFs, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisers, and/or commodities is a plus; large law firm, in-house, or regulatory agency experience is preferred.
