Note: While this is a remote position, candidates must be willing to come into the office located at 1000 Jackson St., Dubuque, IA, 4 to 6 times per year.

What You Will Do
  • Work in collaboration with a team of associates and launch your financial services career in our call center.
  • Develop a solid foundation through our paid associate training program and receive continuous coaching for your role and career trajectory.
  • Partner with our team and clients to:
  • Provide excellent service within our call center for our customers’ retirement savings accounts.
  • Educate and empower our customers without making cold calls or sales.
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
  • Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
  • Process general account changes upon customer instructions.
  • Opportunity to train and study for FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
What You Will Bring
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
  • Associates degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience.
  • Capability to work overtime as needed.
What Will Set You Apart
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in financial services or call centers.
  • FINRA Series 6 & 63 or higher licensure.
  • A passion for quality customer service.
  • Desire to engage with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for diverse customers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn financial industry policies and procedures.
Minimum Internet Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection is required, with minimum speeds of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. Equipment and training materials will be provided.
