While this is a remote position, candidates must be willing to come into the office 4 to 6 times per year.

Must be within commuting distance of 30 E.D. Preate Drive, Moosic, PA 18507.

Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, including general account information, contributions, withdrawals, account changes, product info, and tax questions.
  2. Process financial transactions as requested by callers.
  3. Explain past returns in relation to the economic environment, adhering to FINRA / SEC guidelines.
  4. Assist participants with navigating the automated voice response system and the website for transactions and loans.
  5. Run disbursement quotes, respond to managerial feedback, and participate in meetings and training sessions.
  6. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  1. Associate degree in business or related field preferred; alternatively, 1-2 years of directly related experience without a degree.
  2. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
  3. FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
  4. FINRA fingerprinting required.
  5. Availability to work between 7 am - 7 pm; overtime may be required.
  6. Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available at this time.
