Job summary

Hey Nouri is pioneering a fully virtual pediatric obesity clinic that blends medical care, weekly coaching, and AI-powered tools to personalize care for children and families nationwide.

The RD Coach will partner with families, clinicians, and product teams to deliver evidence-based nutrition coaching to 9-18 year olds, plus separate parent coaching sessions, all from a 100% remote, US-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based nutrition coaching to children and adolescents (ages 9-18).
• Deliver separate parent coaching sessions.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve program materials, workflows, and care delivery.
• Logistics & Compensation Type: W2.
• Location: 100% Remote / Virtual (U.S.-based).
• Schedule: Flexible days & hours (2pm–1am ET); pick your own hours; weekends optional.
• Minimum hours: 20 hrs/week.
• Paid onboarding training leading to Pediatric Obesity Certification.
• Paid weekly training sessions.
• Paid malpractice insurance coverage.
• Skill development in modern, evidence-based pediatric obesity care.

Role Overview

As an RD Coach at Hey Nouri, you’ll playa core role in shaping how pediatric obesity care is delivered in a modern, digital-first environment—working closely with families, clinicians, and the product team.

We are looking for RDs who are passionate about learning and delivering high quality care& support to children and their families. We prioritize curiosity, empathy, and a growth mindset.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based nutrition coaching to children and adolescents
• (ages 9-18)
• Deliver separate parent coaching sessions
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve program materials, workflows, and care delivery
• Logistics & Compensation Type: W2
• Location: 100% Remote / Virtual (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Flexible days & hours (hours can range between 2pm -1am ET given wide geo presence of patients - you can pick your own hours within this). Weekends are optional
• Minimum hours: 20 hrs/week
