Job summary

Alsana in California is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting adults and adolescents with eating disorders. You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop meal plans, and provide evidence-based nutrition therapy across care levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and RD credential required.

As a Registered Dietitian at Alsana, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team supporting clients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nutrition assessments, meal planning, and nutrition therapy for clients across levels of care
• Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, chefs, and interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Facilitate nutrition education groups and support clients in rebuilding trust and balance with food and body
• Support movement and meal-related programming based on individualized treatment goals
• Provide ongoing nutrition education and support to clients and families

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program and Registered Dietitian credential required
• New graduates and newly credentialed dietitians are encouraged to apply
• Experience in eating disorders, behavioral health, or multidisciplinary treatment settings preferred
• Passion for eating disorder nutrition care
