Shield HealthCare in Santa Clarita, CA seeks a Registered Dietitian Sales Representative to drive the Enteral Nutrition Support Program and deliver outstanding patient and customer experiences. You will promote the program to hospitals and outpatient offices, educate on products, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to expand reach.

The role requires RD licensure, 2+ years RD experience, travel within territory, and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and to company meetings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the enteral feeding program and maximize enteral sales in the assigned territory.
• Provide recommendations, develop, test and implement nutrition education tools for field use.

• Conduct enteral feeding pump education.
• Review clinical documentation to determine Medicare coverage eligibility.

Shield HealthCare is looking for a Registered Dietitian Sales Representative, who will play an avital role in providing a great patient and customer experience that will result in the continued growth of our Enteral Nutrition Support Program in the Santa Clarita, CA area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of the sales team, promote the enteral feeding program and maximize enteral sales in an assigned territory (including hospitals and outpatient doctor offices).
• As a subject matter expert, provide recommendations, develop, test and implement nutrition education tools to be used in the field
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to increase Enteral business
• Conduct enteral feeding pump education.
• Review clinical documentation to determine if patients qualify for Medicare coverage.
• Work on outreach efforts to increase community knowledge of the SHC Enteral program
• Participate in community events and health fairs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Registered Dietitian licensure
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory, and to company meetings.
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to sell a service and promote a product line
• Experience with enteral patients, pediatric enteral experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Base pay plus of $62-90k plus monthly commission and car allowance
