Job summary
Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on nutrition assessment, individualized care planning, and collaborative care with physicians, nursing, speech therapy, and food service teams in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Qualifications
- Must hold RD credential and state licensure.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, speech therapy, and food service teams.
- Monitor residents’ nutritional status, weight trends, lab values, and dietary intake.
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
