Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RDN) or RD2Be to join our team in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas, TX. This full-time role offers growth in rehabilitation and long-term care settings, with flexible schedule and meaningful patient nutrition care.

You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop care plans, monitor residents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. We provide training, mentors, and opportunity for career advancement.

Qualifications

• RDNs/RDs eligible candidates.
• Graduating dietetic interns and eligible RD2Be candidates welcome.
• Entry-level and experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Complete admission, quarterly, and annual nutrition assessments.
• Monitor residents’ weights, nutritional status, wounds, tube feedings, and renal nutrition needs.
• Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and review weight and wound reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and conduct sanitation reviews.
