The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma RD license, has experience in long-term care, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Registered Dietitian (RD)Responsibilities:

As the Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for the general operations of the nutrition services department inclusive of:

• Departmental leadership, including compliance with company systems for hiring, training, scheduling, skill development, and disciplinary protocols for department employees.


• Meal production


• Regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines


• Financial compliance per department budgets


• Clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines, using the Electronic Health Record (EHR).


• Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian with Oklahoma licensure
