CareRite Centers, LLC's The Pearl at Ft. Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the team.

The RD will perform timely nutrition assessments and oversee meal service to support a luxurious rehabilitation environment. Key responsibilities include approving menus, conducting meal rounds, ensuring nutrition therapy aligns with physician orders and resident care plans, and participating in staff development.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• On job training provided.
• Must have RD License.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate nutritional assessments within 24 hours and complete within 7 days
• Observe meal service in the main dining area at a minimum of four times a week, other congregate dining areas as needed
• Conduct meal rounds
• Approve menus and substitutions
• May assist in the department when needed
• Staff development functions
• Residents' rights - understand and comply with and promote all rules.
• To ensure medical nutritional therapy is assessed, implemented, and monitored in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans, and appropriate regulations
