Opis-Senior-Services-Grou is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to support nutritional services and promote high-quality resident care. The RD will perform assessments, create individualized meal plans, educate residents and families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal nutrition and wellness.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to wellness education and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate nutrition into treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust nutritional plans as needed.
• Support dietary staff with menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or participate in wellness education, group sessions, or in-service training.
• Utilize appropriate technology and documentation systems to support care.
• Stay informed on current nutrition research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.
