Job summary

Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team, serving residents in nursing homes, long-term care, and hospitals in New Jersey. The RD will conduct nutritional assessments, create personalized meal plans, and provide counseling to clients, families, and staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical teams, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed. A Bachelor's in Nutrition, RD eligibility, and strong communication are required; proficiency with EMR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or eligibility for registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in electronic medical records and dietary software

Responsibilities

Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for clients
Provide dietary counseling and education to clients, families, and healthcare staff
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure nutritional care is integrated into patient treatment plans
Monitor and record client progress, adjusting meal plans as needed
