Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or eligibility for registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and dietary software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for clients
- Provide dietary counseling and education to clients, families, and healthcare staff
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure nutritional care is integrated into patient treatment plans
- Monitor and record client progress, adjusting meal plans as needed
