Job summary

Thomas Cuisine is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care for hospitalized patients in Fresno, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor nutrition interventions to support healing and recovery.

You’ll work in a top-level healthcare environment, using Epic and CBORD daily, with opportunities for ongoing education, professional development, and a strong focus on evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and whole-food nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards.
• Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services.
• Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members.
• Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall nutrition care experience.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday can work 7am-7pm
• Rotating weekends and holidays
