Hours & Schedule:

• Clinical Registered Dietitian
• Covering patients treating at our Brazil Indiana clinic
• Part Time averaging 24 hours a week
• Business Hours, Monday through Friday

In the role of aRegistered (Clinical) Dietitian, you will meet with patients at our dialysis outpatient clinic and be a vital member of each patient's core care team.

• Analyze lab work results and educate patients and their families on what directly affects their lab levels and what they can do to achieve better lives through eating better.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area.

• State Licensure is required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.

• Minimum of 12 months professional work experience inclinical nutritionas aRegistered Dietitian.

• After hire/training, completion of Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80%.

• Intermediate computer skills required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
