Job summary

Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC, is seeking a part-time or full-time Registered Dietitian for a busy SAR/LTC facility in Maryland. We offer an excellent salary with great benefits and opportunities to impact care at every level.

You will perform nutritional assessments, participate in IDCP care conferences, educate residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Prior LTC and EMR experience preferred; RD certification or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible.
• Experience in LTC and EMR preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the care plan for residents.
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health.
• Demonstrate ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
