Job summary

Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a busy LTC facility, either part-time or full-time. We offer an excellent salary with great benefits and opportunities to impact resident care.

The RD will perform nutritional assessments, educate residents and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Prior LTC and EMR experience preferred; RD eligibility required.

• RD eligible or registered.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care for each resident.
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well-being.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a cooperative manner as a team member.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
