Job summary

Optimal RDN Solutions in Redlands, CA is seeking an exceptional Registered Dietitian to join our team as a consultant RD for rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. Part-time or full-time hours are available, offering mentorship and supportive leadership in a culture that values personal time and growth.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the IDT, screening and assessing residents, developing resident-centered care plans, and overseeing dietary compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required.
Registered Dietitian certification required.
Experience in LTC or clinical dietetics preferred.
Ability to supervise and coach health goals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the IDT and Dietary Manager to ensure care plans.
Screen and assess residents upon admission and periodically.
Develop resident-centered care plans.
Monitor high-risk residents on enteral or parenteral nutrition or with skin concerns.
Oversee dietary compliance and quality assurance.
