Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in California is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD) to oversee nutritional care for residents across our center. You will assess residents, advise clinical and dietary teams, interpret labs, and support therapeutic diets to optimize nutrition and care.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in an acute or long-term care environment.
• Excellent knowledge of skilled nursing regulations (federal/state/local).
• Strong understanding of aging processes and nutrition needs in long-term care residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional care for each resident and monitor status.
• Advise the clinical team and dietary department on nutritional needs and lab interpretation.
• Support therapeutic diets and maintain high standards of nutrition care.
