Job summary

Willows Care Center in California is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee residents' nutritional care and work with the clinical and dietary teams to optimize outcomes. You will assess nutrition, interpret labs, and address dietary needs to maintain high standards of care.

Ideal candidates hold a RD license with 3–5 years in acute or long-term care, and possess knowledge of aging nutrition and related regulations. PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian license required.
• 3–5 years' experience in acute or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local nursing regulations for dietary care.
• Understanding of aging processes and nutrition needs of long-term care residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess the nutritional care of each resident/patient.
• Advise the clinical team and dietary department on nutritional status and lab values.
• Ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction through optimal nutrition.
