Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is hiring a licensed Registered Dietitian for a full-time, first-shift role with a quarterly weekend requirement. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and PTO.

The RD will assess residents’ dietary needs, develop care plans, guide nutrition therapy, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life and nutritional health.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in New Jersey.
Minimum of two years in long-term care with some admin responsibility.
One year as a registered consulting dietitian for long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of residents' dietary needs.
Develop written dietary plans of care identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.
Encourage residents and families to participate in care plan development and review.
Ensure dietary personnel follow each resident's care plan during daily services.
Identify equipment and utensils required to meet resident needs.
Review medical charts and provide recommendations for medical nutrition therapy.
Collaborate with the care team to support residents' nutritional health.
