Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA is seeking a Dietitian to assess and implement nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients. The role uses ADIME and EMR documentation to guide evidence-based practice.

This position requires WA-DOH license within 60 days, CDR registration, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and dietitians. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ACEND-approved dietetics coursework required.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the CDR required.
• Washington DOH licensure within 60 days of hire.
• Washington Food Handlers permit within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain continuing education for CDR and WA DOH.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recommend, and implement nutritional care strategies for patients.
• Apply the Nutrition Care Process (ADIME) and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition and drug interactions with pharmacy/nursing collaboration.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in interdisciplinary teams.
