Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking Registered Dietitians (RD, LD) for full-time and supplemental roles across multiple locations, including the Texas Medical Center, Katy, and Northeast campuses. We seek compassionate, patient-focused dietitians with at least one year of clinical experience to join our inpatient and outpatient nutrition teams.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD) and licensed Dietitian (LD) in Texas.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical dietitian experience.
Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary treatment team.
Establishes goals for nutrition care of patients and develops individualized care plans.
Provides medical nutrition therapy to patients and clients.
Modifies nutrition regimens according to food preferences, tolerances, and cultural/religious needs.
Documents nutrition care plans in the medical record with assessments and recommendations.
Provides nutrition education to patients and/or families.
Ensures safe care following Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
