Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking Registered Dietitians (RD, LD) to join inpatient and outpatient nutrition teams across multiple locations, including the Texas Medical Center, Katy, and Northeast campuses. We seek compassionate professionals with at least one year of experience to deliver high-quality medical nutrition therapy and participate in a multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition or related area. Master’s required if registration was obtained after Jan 1, 2024.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) and licensed in Texas (TDLR). CPR certification required.
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient nutrition care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Develops individualized nutrition care plans with ongoing evaluation.
• Provides medical nutrition therapy appropriate for patient age.
• Modifies regimens based on preferences, tolerances, and cultural considerations.
• Documents nutrition care plans in medical records with goals and monitoring.
• Provides nutrition education to patients and families.
