Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team and provide Registered Dietitian services to a long-term care facility in Washington, DC. This on-site role offers a 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process, collaborate with the care plan team, and participate in wound and weight-change management as part of a multidisciplinary approach.

Qualifications

• CDR credential required.
• Licensed dietitian in DC area.
• Patient-centered approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF as part of nutrition care.
• Provide wound and weight-change recommendations.
