Job summary

Cura Hospitality seeks an experienced Full-Time Registered Dietitian for Mississippi State Hospital - Whitfield, Whitfield, MS. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life aligned with residents’ goals.

As part of Elior North America, you will collaborate with the healthcare team, follow Academy standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition is required (pre-2024).
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field is required.
• Must have passed a national examination by CDR or meet Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics eligibility requirements.
• 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments to establish procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
• Participate in developing, reviewing, and improving continuous quality improvement programs.
